Currently we have an open position for:
Accounting Coordinator
(4-hour working day)
Your main duties will be conducting work with the documents on registration of travel orders, providing their proper processing and storage. You will also keep a database of primary documents within the business travel account in 1C program.
You will also:
• Ensure that transactions are processed in according to company policy
• Assist with audits of necessary.
Qualifications
In order to be successful for this role you need:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Very good computer skills; 1C "Salary and personnel management" and 1C “Accounting 8 for Ukraine"; proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to learn and become proficient with corporate specific HR software - and other applications
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to multi-task.

As a Finance Assistant you will:
• Provide direct support to Senior Accountant or Associate Director, Finance as required
• Act as responsible for accurate data processing in the corresponding information systems
• Input and code invoices, investigator payments and employee expenses
• Match invoices with approval documentation
• Obtain confirmation of delivery of goods and services
• Liaise with departmental managers and staff to follow up missing approvals or documentation
• Prepare payment runs and enter bank transactions
• Provide PT expenses back up for sponsor queries
Qualifications
In order to be successful for this role you need:
• Experience on a similar position;
• Relevant education – Accounting or Finance
• Very good level of English
• Attention to details and ability to multitask

В финансах ЗП меньше, чем в клинике, и это логично, так как мы зарабатываем для компании. Но дело не в этом. В каждой ставке есть своя вилка.

А обижаться чего? Я полностью солидарен с автором про языки, надо было лучше учить возможностей больше.

Зачем? А может мне захочеться переквалифицироваться в управдомы. Життя ж - воно бентежне.

Ну вот потому и не буду. В управдомы - это не по адресу. Профиль компании не тот. А вакансий без особых требований и с ЗП в 100000 грн. в месяц у нас, к сожалению нет.
